Nice central B&B

Stayed here two nights for the air show. Clean and comfortable. The owners appear to run this on their own. They are very friendly and can't do enough for you. Breakfast is excellent as they make it to order. I would definitely stay here again.

A perfect weekend break!!

Visited with my wife. From moment of our arrival we could not fault the hotel or its staff. Our room was clean, the food was excellent, good choice and adequate portions. Our four night stay was over all too soon. If we visit Southport again we hope we will find room at the Warwick.

Disappointing from the start

Was told I didn't have a reservation when I arrived. Owner then went back to the check the fax and said it must have came in while they were out. Notified owner we would be leaving early in the morning for golf and were told he would have continental breakfast for us left out in waiting room. Only happened one of the mornings.

Good B&B central location in Southport

Welcoming owners, easy distance to walk to the pier and Lord Street and restaurants Parking facilities available and outside seating for sunny evenings TV, tea making facilities and very good breakfast

Vi blev väl omhändertagna och servicen var bra. Hotellet låg ett par minuters promenad från centrum och station. Frukosten på hotellet var toppklass.

Good Value

The Warwick provided good value for money and a very friendly and personal service. Text alerts before our visit were very helpful. The hotel location is very convinient for the centre of Southport and walking distance from shops and the sea front. The owners were very helpful and fulfilled all our requests. The breakfast was outstanding. The only small issue was the temperature in the rooms which was a little cold for our liking, however we did arrive in the snow in March! Would visit again.

Disappointing

Although the welcome was friendly and the room clean it was disappointing having to share a toilet and shower with occupants 4 other rooms and listening to noisy neighbours kept me awake, therefore for the cost of my stay I would say it wasn't good value Breakfast was just ok.

mixed feelings

Small room - even smaller shower room! Grout coming away from floor tiles in shower room and kept sticking to our feet. Shower either too hot or too cold. No heating in shower room whatsoever. Towels were clean but damp to touch. Door did not close properly either. Plenty of drawer space and a wall mount for hanging clothes but no wardrobe or anywhere to store empty luggage. It lay on the floor at the side of the bed. Not ideal. On the plus side, breakfast room and breakfast very nice. Sue very pleasant and helpful.
