Living Museum of Porcelain

Staff very friendly, room clean, location excellent, good price. Love this hotel.

Rooms were clean and fitted well, the staff were polite and attentive to needs, ensuring even if room service was declined that clean towels and teas & coffee were still topped up. Staff offered to hold bags on check out before flight, great location to the Market Square and other conveniences, bus and tram stops on door step as well as local convenience shops for any snacks and other items
