"Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. "Family friendly hotel. We booked rm 114 with the 2 queen beds and the pullout sofa bed and it was plenty of space for our family of 3 adults and 3 children. Hotel was clean and breakfast was great!"
