The house is in a great location with a nice lake and marina view. Really enjoyed sitting out on the deck. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Lisa was very accommodating and communicated well prior to our arrival. I would definitely recommend it to friends and would love to stay there again.

The house was super clean. It was near the lake so the guy’s went fishing. There were plenty of beds and they were comfortable. The host was super nice and quick with communication. Very clear instructions as well. I would highly recommend this place and will be using again. Thanks so much.

Sisters getaway
We loved this rental property because it was very clean, inviting, comfortable as well as very quiet and sirene. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening with the lake as our backdrop as well as first thing in the morning while drinking our coffee. It was just perfect for our getaway. We would highly recommend this place to others as well as returning in the future. Thank you, Lisa, for making our stay so comfortable and welcoming.

Exquisite View
My family and I could not get enough of the view. My 14 year old son wants to live there, well I would too. Lol! The house is lovely and featured my favorite colors. The decor is simply beautiful. I have never stayed at a home with literally everything you need and things you never thought you needed until you saw them. Everything is high quality and there were no corners cut. It was extremely clean and would pass the white glove test. I'm extremely picky and typically have to clean places before I felt comfortable, but not here. It was nice to not have to do that. We rented jet skis and my family had a blast in the lake. They ventured far out and found an island, which my son was really excited about. Lisa is wonderful and very responsive. I felt like I was speaking with a friend. She is super sweet and very genuine. Thank you Lisa for all of your help. I say all of this to say... do NOT even think about it, just stay here. You would be glad you did!

Cozy Home
My family stayed in this house for a week and let me tell you it was perfect from beginning to end. The host was amazing! I didn’t have to ask the first question because she reached out several times with all the information we would need. By far the best host we’ve had. The house was exactly as described with literally everything we needed within arms reach. It’s located in the cutest little gated community, so it felt very safe and was an extremely quiet area, and it had a nice view of the lake. As far as the house itself, the beds were amazingly comfortable, there were extra blankets and the fluffiest towels, as well as a stocked kitchen and toiletries. The AC worked wonderfully in the 100+ temps and there were fans in all the rooms. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. I’m only sad it was too hot to enjoy the deck, but there were plenty of games inside. If you see this listing don’t hesitate to book it!

Quick getaway
We were playing a baseball tournament in Coldspring for the weekend and rented this house to stay at. Super easy check in process and easy communication with the owner was great! Located in a perfect spot with a beautiful view. My son enjoyed being able to fish at the marina and throw darts in the evening at the house. If we find ourself in Coldspring again we will definitely choose this house again!
