Welcome to Inkwood Reserve — a beautifully designed 4-bedroom cabin set on 5 private, wooded acres in the heart of the Catskills, just outside Livingston Manor, NY. This is a true nature escape with resort-style amenities: a private lake dock a short 5-minute walk away, two kayaks with full safety gear, a hot tub, a barrel sauna, an outdoor shower, and two fire pits under the stars.

THE SPACE
Inkwood Reserve sleeps 8 across four thoughtfully styled bedrooms:
- Sunrise Suite (primary): a full glass door opens to the woods and backyard, with forest-green bedding, botanical art, and a premium Helix mattress.
- New York Heritage Room: a custom four-poster bed and old-world New York charm with golden bedding and elegant lamps.
- The Angler's Den: a queen bed with a Catskills fishing theme and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
- The Loft: an upstairs A-frame loft with two twin beds, string lights, toys, and a treehouse vibe the kids will love.

Two full bathrooms feature black-framed industrial glass showers, wood vanities, and premium toiletries.

INDOORS
A vaulted-ceiling living room with a fireplace, Smart TV, and sectional seating anchors the cabin. The farmhouse kitchen has white shaker cabinets, butcher-block counters, an apron sink, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee and tea station with a Keurig, pour-over, and gooseneck kettle. Stay entertained with a Pac-Man arcade, foosball, wall-mounted chess and backgammon, board games, and a reading and music corner with an acoustic guitar. There is also a fitness corner with dumbbells, a dedicated workspace nook, and a stacked washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS
Spend your days on the private lake dock, paddling the kayaks, soaking in the hot tub, warming up in the barrel sauna, or gathering around the propane fire pit (seats 8) and wood-burning fire pit. The full wraparound deck offers outdoor dining, a grill, an outdoor movie screen, and string lights for magical Catskills evenings.
