- Spacious 5 Bedroom House with 100 ft of lakefront on the East Side of Conesus Lake. Master Bedroom with king bed, private bathroom, dressers and Smart TV on second floor. Two additional bedrooms on second floor with queen beds, dressers, smart tvs and a full bathroom. Main floor bedroom includes queen bed, dresser and tv off of the living room with a full bathroom adjacent. Small bedroom off of the lake level living room with a twin over full bunk bed. Washer and Dryer on main level. Two living rooms, enclosed porch, piano and bar room. Two new refrigerators, dishwasher and flat top oven. Off street parking to hold at least six vehicles with a garage for storage. This house is set up perfect. Central air conditioning installed in 2022.
New gas grill and patio furniture. Paddle boat, canoe and kayaks on site.
