"Overall, we had a pretty good stay at this hotel. For the money, it delivers good value. The room itself was pretty clean, but our shower was quite dirty and could use a proper deep cleaning. But all the staff were very Nice and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items, including a good selection of fresh fruit. And the location is very good, especially for a nice dinner out on a restaurant near the Lagoon or at champs mall nearby."

"Good property, and very clean room and good breakfast. Only disapointed point was pagamento was duplicated even if it was done through Expedia. I claimed and it was cancels but cost difference was happened due to transaction timing."

"O hotel tem bom custo benefício, apesar da aparência de velho, o quarto é confortável, internet funciona bem, mas o atendimento dos funcionários do check-in é péssimo. Desorganizados e sem profissionalismo. Cheguei meia noite e o funcionário totalmente sem profissionalismo me falou "eita, não vai ter cartão pra abrir seu quarto", e ficava rindo, disse que tinham dado mais de um cartão pra alguns hóspedes e tinha acabado. Fiquei esperando a gerente e somente entrei no quarto duas da manhã....

"I stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life. This one is top 10 of the worst. Lots of basics missing like a simple holder in the shower box or a leaking box and mold all over the place, and much more. The positive side: it's near a nice beach."

"Hotel is clean but a bit dated in places. Beach and plenty of places to eat close by. Breakfast had a good selection but the staff did not check if items were low or gone, so they had to be requested and the wait was quite long at times. "
