Upon learning about our situation, Ethan stepped in and made extrs effort to accommodate us, turning our stay into a pleasant experience. We booked an additional 3 nights stay thanks to his help."

That was when I met a hotel concierge staff member who went above and beyond to help me out, which deeply moved me. Her name is Miss Perla Mai. Even though she was on her way home from work, she graciously escorted me all the way from the starting point to my destination. I was profoundly touched by her kindness.
