The shower did not work properly. We did not know how to contact staff. Worst stay of our whole trip to Europe."

The only hiccups was the “check-in system” was not working properly when we were doing the check in after the working hours. However, we managed to seek help from this bar at the lobby. The staff of the bar were very helpful! In a word, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it. "
