Apartment with a beautiful terrace is located on top of the building on Pražakova street, in vicinity of the main bus and railway station and only 400 m from the Triple bridge.

This modern apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) and the other with two single beds. Bathroom has a bath tub with shower, bidet, toilet and a washing machine. In the main room there is a living corner with LCD TV and sofa, which falls down to a bed (120 x 200 cm), a dining corner and fully equipped kitchen with stove, bar stools, refrigerator, washing machine, oven, small kitchen appliances, dishes and cutlery. From the main room there is an access to the terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the city.

The apartment is fully equipped with towels, linen, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, LCD TV, CATV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access, air conditioning.

Apartment is on 11th floor, but has an elevator access to the 10th floor. From 10th floor there are couple of stairs (12) leading to the 11th floor.

Arrival takes place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departure up to 10:00. Guests are welcomed in person. For late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00 there is an additional fee of 30,00 EUR or self-check-in option free of charge. For arrival after 24:00 only self-check-in option is available.

The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).

Please note there are only public payable parking options nearby:
1/ Main Railway station, Trg Osvobodilne fronte 9, 300 m away, least expensive.
2/ Public garage Kozolec, Dvorakova ulica 3, 350 m away.
3/ On the street (marked white lines only), only short term - maximum 2 hours, payable from Monday to Sunday, from 6am to 10pm, 1,70 EUR per hour. Flat rate 4,00 EUR from 10pm to 6am.
