Large, comfortable room. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Public transportation was readily available, capable of connecting you to downtown quickly. Fantastic, extensive fitness facility on site. Plenty of grassy areas outside to walk your dog.

We had the presidential suite. Was outdated but very comfortable. Could have been cleaner. the hot tub jets were dirty. But the sauna in suite was super nice. Some of the lights didn't work. But it was a huge suite and we really appreciated the upgrade and all of the room! Breakfast buffet was huge.

Very friendly staff and very helpful, great breakfast. Location is a bit far from the centre, Ljubljana has a great transport systems (buses). Over all great hotel, Slovenia is beautiful and Slovenians are very friendly too. THANK YOU.

I liked opening the balcony door and spending the sunset down the weather was beautiful. Also they had shoe polish,needle and fred and vanity kit and the best body wash (like what you buy at the body shop uk) quality. Helpful customer service (well spoken English) also going off the subject i tryed the best stake ever at the Vinker cafe just down the road not far located (cognak steak) the best ever and the hotel serves the best orange juice for breakfast i loved it.

Great standard, large room with large comfortable bed. Everything was nice. It takes quite a while to go to the city center with public transport, maybe 20-30 min depending on where you are going, but besides that, everything else about this hotel is fantastic! 9/10 (-1 as location is not bad, but could be better)

I frequently visit Ljubljana, and Austria Trend Hotel has always been my go-to choice due to its convenience and exceptionally friendly staff. On my last visit, I accidentally left a valuable item behind. The team not only found it but also kept it safe until I could arrange collection. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Modern hotel and great food

It is a modern hotel with all the facilities you need. There is a great fitness center albeit it doesn’t belong to the hotel so you have to pay for it extra. I loved the food and the mattresses. However, it is a on a rather busy road so you hear cars all the time - despite double glazing.

very big hotel, 10min by bus from city center, stops In front of the hotel. Very spacious modern rooms and very complete buffet breakfast. Only when very full, takes quite long to get a coffea as only 2 machines. I did not use the spa as the 25eur for 1h quite expensive.

Great rooms. Parking is extra and expensive.

Hotel room was very roomy and well appointed. Large bathroom. Very good front desk. Only complaint is that parking is 30 Euros per day. There is street parking nearby in the residential streets nearby that is free over night but is metered from 7am in the morning, but very reasonable at 0.50 euro per hour.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed. Definitely I recommend it to everyone. Clean, nice, new, spacious rooms. Nice bed. Amenities… everything! My only remark is for cold water in spa/jacuzzi. It should be normal/warm.

Excellent hotel that I stay during each visit to Slovenia. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice restaurant and breakfast. Just one remark - cold water in spa center pool. In past this was nice hot jakuzi, but now it’s cold. I’ll not use it next time.

The room is big and good - even though is called 4 star hotel, the details in the bathroom were very poor - soap/toilet paper was installed all wrong , the bath wasn’t not 4 star either, internet is like in 2010 (comes and go) - the lobby is out dated and smell strong of perfume
