Nothing particularly flashy, surprised that this hotel has a 4/5 star rating. The location is very inconvenient unless driving, and the room generally felt in need of a refurb (very drabby toilet and dim room with musty curtains). Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Pool was small but the sauna was nice and large. I found that all the locks in the changing room didn't work though so a bit of a security issue.

We stayed at 3 hotels in Ljubljana this trip around the same price and the Four Points Sheraton was BY FAR the best one. The most comfortable bed, friendly staff, spacious room, very clean. One of my favorite 4 star hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe. There is a pool and a nice sauna in the gym available until 10pm, you need to set the heat for sauna hotter when you get down there. There is a small cafe/bar area downstairs very convenient for coffee in the mornings (she made oat milk lattes for me too very appreciated). We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to an even larger room and we were spoiled by it, we can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. Free parking for guests. Again, the most comfortable bed. It doesn't seem like it from the outside but the rooms have a luxurious feel. We will stay here again every time we return to Ljubljana.

We stayed for 2 nights, arriving after 10pm on the fist night, by car as a family. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfasts were decent (though a little better separation of food as we were vegetarian would be appreciated). We had the pool to ourselves when we used it (twice during our stay). The city centre car parks were only a 15 minute drive away.

Excellent hotel! I already visited few times. Clean rooms, nice pool, excellent breakfast, big free parking. Nothing to complain on.
