Nous avions réservé au Galleria mais celui-ci étant en rénovation, nous avons été accueillis à l'Hôtel Heritage ( même propriétaire). Communication parfaite avec l'hôtel. Super accommodant pour nous loger dans des conditions supérieures à notre réservation d'origine. Très bel hôtel dans la zone piétonne. Belle chambre. Personnel accueillant et très aimable. Nous recommandons chaudement.

What a beautiful hotel, modern bathrooms, very clean, great sleep and right on the river in the center of it all. Our only trouble was with parking, but two block walk to the underground secure garage was still manageable with luggage and three kids. This hotel is a perfect location and great price.

Staff very friendly, good choice of food in the restaurant for breakfast, a nice sized room. For us the only negatives were the toilet area was quite small and close to the shower and wall, also no door on the shower so the floor got wet if shower head pointing the wrong way. Apart form that we loved the hotel, the area it’s located was nice and easy to get too and a great location within the old town. Bar area nice to sit and have a drink plus not expensive either. Staff were so helpful with booking trips and shuttle bus for us and also gave good advice on what to eat and where. We would definitely love to go back, Ljubljana is a lovely place to visit and this hotel a great place to stay.

I got here unexpectedly when my car needed a service in my longer way from South East Europe to Prague.. But the upgrade I got is fabulous. Never stayed in approx 85sqm with two terraces of same size and a jacusi-like / spa like bathroom. Recommended and go for room 701 ;)

Nice hotel located five mins walk to main attractions.short walk to castle.check in was easy.no lift so be aware of a lot of luggage.room was big and clean.had room at back looking into back garden. 3 nights in Ljubljana

When I did check in, I got an upgrade and could enjoy garden views. My room was big enough for one person. The heating system also worked well while I slept. In addition, the overall atmosphere was cozy because of paintings on the wall. Staffs were nice. They provided additional toothpaste with me and kept my lugagge after check out. It helped me travel Ljubljana Castle without heavy materials. If I have any chances to visit Slovenia, I would like to accommodate here again.

Small and quiet hotel. Recommended.

This is a small friendly hotel located on the edge of the pedestrianised old town part of the city. Only a few minutes walk from the funicular to the castle and only seconds from lots of restaurants and cafes. We had a suite at the back of the hotel and it was extremely quiet. The bedroom was large and comfortable. The suite had a separate room with a sofa and space for luggage etc. The bathroom was large and clean. The building itself is very old and has charm. Private transfers to and from the airport can be booked online, at the airport counters or at the hotel. They cost 38 Euros and take around 30 minutes. Shared transfers are 10 Euros per person. The local bus is much cheaper but the timetable is infrequent. The breakfast was varied and perfectly adequate. I enjoyed our stay and would recommend this small hotel to others.

I had the chance to stay in a great room on the top floor with a veranda with a very high window, looking over a nice and peaceful garden. Very comfortable room, nice personnel at the reception, very decent breakfast. The only negative thing would be the absence of elevator, so depending on your age and knee condition, you may want to ask for a room in a lower floor.

Nice-looking hotel in the capital!

Thank you for allowing us to have early check in by 11am, and help us with the luggage on arrival (no lift!!!). Nice staff. The location is good and the room is spacious, and they also prepare a big extra sofa bed for us. Very thoughtful! The bathroom has no shower curtain, the one-side glass is not ideal enough! Breakfast is ok, room for improvement.
