The reception staff were all welcoming and helpful. The room was very nice and clean and had everything that we needed. It felt quite modern and efficient and comfortable. The centre of Ljubljana with all the shops, cafes and restaurants - and the river and bridges - are all just a few minutes walk away. This was a great place to stay and we'd very happily go back to this hotel.

If you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with character, then I highly recommend Hotel Mrak. It is well-appointed and modern with friendly, helpful staff. It's located in a small street in the old town, close to many sites and a 5 mins walk from a bus stop. If I return to Ljubljana, I'd happily stay here again. Many thanks to all the staff who made it a lovely stay.

Very nice 3 day stay. Hotel is perfectly located for Old Town and all of Ljubljana. Staff was very helpful in every way. Breakfast was good. 8 Euro cab ride from train. I would stay here again.

A good hotel!

Hotel Mrak is in a good location. Our room was clean and comfortable if a little small. The hotel is a little dark inside. Breakfast was lovely with great fresh hot options cooked to order. Staff were efficient and helpful - we didn't see the reception staff much in contrast to the other hotels we stayed in during this multi city break so it felt a little less "friendly" overall.
