Grifeu 14 - Apartment with terrace and garden

  • The apartment has a large open-plan lounge-dining area with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV, fireplace, a long wooden table and chairs and French doors leading to the big terrace with outdoor furniture and views of the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, mini oven-grill, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and tableware and a small table.

    There are 3 double bedrooms: two of them have two single beds and access to the outside balcony, and the third bedroom has a double bed. 1 bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

    Outdoor area includes a communal garden, with trees.

    Parking in the grounds.

    Grifeu beach is one of the most important beaches in the Llançà area. It offers a large number of services to visitors, and is also unique because it is the only beach with fine golden sand in this part of the Costa Brava.

    From Grifeu you can join the coastal path which goes as far as El Port de la Selva, ideal for going on excursions with the family and exploring the hidden beauty spots of the Costa Brava.
