Nice and bright apartment located in a quiet residential area of Grifeu, 300 meters away from the beach and 2 km. away from Llançà center. Located on the first floor of a detached house with garden. The house on the ground floor is for the owners’ use. It has 2 double bedrooms with twin beds, living-dining room, kitchen with oven and washing machine, bathroom and terrace with sea views. Communal garden. It includes outdoor parking space. [hidden] WIFI AVAILABLE FROM APRIL TO SEPTEMBER 2026
