Port Llançà 35 - Apartment in the port area

  • In a quiet, central location, 150 metres from the beach and the shops in the area. From the communal terrace of the apartment you have fantastic views of the sea and port.

    The apartment has 3 bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a bedroom with one single bed. 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.

    Kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer and tableware. Lounge-dining room with lots of natural light and furniture: long wooden table, chairs, TV, sofa and basic furniture. Iron.

    It has a terrace with views of the port and communal washing machine, which is situated on the third floor of the building. Area shared by both apartments.

It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.

Appartement très bien situé ( attention en saison estivale peu de places de parking la journée) et bon accueil de l'agence immobilière. Le logement en lui même est dans son jus, pas d'isolation sonore. Gros point noir : moisissure dans la salle de bain..
