Casa Emilia is a country house for up to 8 guests in Nueva de Llanes, on the eastern coast of Asturias (Northern Spain), set in a quiet residential area with mountain views and the beach close by.
The ground floor has the sitting/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (3-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double-door freezer, capsule and stovetop coffee makers), a bathroom, a garage and a covered porch.
The first floor has three bedrooms — one double (150 cm) and two with twin beds (90 cm) — and two bathrooms.
The attic holds a fourth double bedroom (135 cm) with its own en-suite and a sitting area under exposed beams.
The house has central heating, a TV and wardrobes in every bedroom, with a garden and private parking outside. Ideal for families and groups combining coast and mountains: 3 km from Cuevas del Mar beach, 15 minutes from Llanes and Ribadesella, and under an hour from the Covadonga Lakes and the Picos de Europa.
