"We had a really fantastic night at the Shepherds Hut! Its a truly stunning setting and very well appointed little hut, the gas fire is great and the underfloor heating gives some real comfort! A few improvements in regards to communication, location details and a welcome book with instructions for the fire, local information etc would really raise this to the PERFECT destination! "Lovely spot to stop at in NWales, ideal for a days out. 1 hr to Kings Docks in L’pool, 1+hr to Trearddur Bay and Harlech Beach. Perfect location as very close to dual carriageway and easy to jump on main road - within 4-5 minutes. Consequently, murmur of road noise always present. If you are out and about, and like to drive to places, I 100% recommend. Clean and tidy, helpful host, overall nice stay."

"We got put into a different property than the one in the pictures however it was a lovely spacious place to stay. It had a balcony with a roof so we could sit out even in the rain. It had an inflatable hot tub which was different to the one in the pictures as the one in the pictures was a normal hot tub however this wasn’t an issue. "Lovely cabin, equipped with everything we needed for a couple of nights. No towels, but we knew that as communication beforehand was really good. The area is lovely, with horses on the premises and great walking around."

"There are many things that are not working in the hut, the tv is broken, the toilet seat is broken and not cleaned other people have left rubbish in the bin, Wi-Fi not working, several blinds are broken, we understood from the booking there would be towels and tea towels and there are none, the general cleanliness is very poor. "The shepherds hut is in a beautiful rural position with excellent views. It is extremely clean, well equipped and comfortable. You have a lovely terrace, a garden area with a picnic table and fire pit. With peacocks and alpacas to watch it really is a fantastic rural experience. The owners Carol and Don are really helpful and friendly. We would certainly return and recommend."

"This was our first time staying here and it certainly won't be our last. The shepherd's hut is beautifully decorated and has such a cosy and comfortable feel to it. The under floor heating kept it lovely and warm too despite the snow outside (which also made it super pretty). "My husband and I booked the cottage for a little getaway over the weekend. We were unprepared for the beautiful surroundings and wonderful silence. The hosts Rob & Clare reached out to us before our arrival with all the information we needed making the journey very smooth. They also gave us information about the local area and walking paths that came in very useful. "It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."
