"La verdad que estoy muy disgustado ya que hice mi reservación a traves de EXPEDIA y al llegar al hotel la reserva no aparecía pero me tomaron la tarjeta y me dijeron que seguro llegaría y sino me lo cobrarían a la tarjeta. para mi sorpresa al hacer check out el hotel pe dijo que la "Nueva Administracion" solo trabajaba con "BOOKINGS" y que no tenia acuerdo alguno con Expedia. entonces para poder irme del hotel debían cobrarme la estadía en ese momento. asi que la pague con mi tarjeta y realice...

"He estado alojado en el Yaque Hotel durante una semana y no tengo ninguna queja, las habitaciones están bien, limpias y cómodas; el servicio por parte del personal del hotel ha sido excelente, nos trataron de 10, la comida excelente, todo lo hacen ellos (pan, arepas), pescado del día, buenas sugerencias por parte del personal.
Tiene playa propia, te ponen tumbonas, con su toalla y te traen algunos refrescos y agua de coco.
Es un hotel al que pienso volver y lo recomiendo fervientemente."

"I enjoyed my stay here, it was nice and peaceful and the owner was very friendly and welcoming, when I booked my stay he contacted me a short while after to confirm the booking and also to find out if airport pick up was needed. "The pool was good and I like the bartender. The meals are buffet and the eggs ordered how I like. There is a beach shuttle. Local alcohol is free.
The thing I dont like is the reservation dept who dont work sundays and dont acknowledge expedia.com reservations made on sundays. The staff need to be more helpful."
