You dream of nature and calm! Come and discover, in the Aspres, between Thuir and Céret our cottage, labeled cottages of France 3 ears and classified 3 stars. You will stay in a comfortable villa of 80m2, spacious and sunny. Enjoy its enclosed garden of 700m2 with trees and flowers in the heart of the typical Catalan village of Llauro nicknamed «the balcony of Aspres» because it offers a magnificent view of the plain of Roussillon and the Mediterranean Sea. What a pleasure to grill meat and fish on the embers (branches, stumps and charcoal available)! You will have the choice between barbecue or plancha. 50m from the cottage, you will appreciate "Bistrot" where you can order a different meal every day on site or to take away, buy fruits and vegetables from our region, deposit: bread, croissants. You can stroll to the markets of Céret and Thuir, hiking in the countryside, cycling, relax at the leisure center of Saint Jean Pla de Corts (lake, swimming, animation), you will visit the Byrrh cellars in Thuir and, for art lovers, the Museum of Modern Art in Céret and many other places. Kitchen with living room and lounge open on 2 large terraces overlooking the garden, 1 bedroom with desk and 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with TV and 2 beds in 90cm, bathroom with 2 sinks and large shower, toilet indep. Closed private parking. Closed room for bicycles (4 bicycles lent free). A playground in the courtyard of the nearby school is open to all outside school hours. There is possibility to rent nearby the cottage "La Casa Del Pou" 6 people managed by the same owners.

Very nice house and great as a base for visiting around perpignan

The only thing: VRBO needs to better align with Gites de France information on the conditions of the rent. Like towels, bedsheets, kwh usage are options that need to be agreed with the owners upfront. Maryse and Jo, the owners, are very friendly and helpful. Very much recommended place to stay!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Casa de la Font, en pays catalan! Un accueil parfait de Maryse et Jo et de très agréables cadeaux de bienvenue! La maison est très agréable, baignée de lumière, spacieuse et pratique! Les différentes espaces extérieurs sont idéals avec des enfants, terrains de jeux! La vue depuis la terrasse de la cuisine est formidable, dépaysement garanti! Llauro est un petit village catalan avec une âme! Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location!

Excellent - séjour de deux semaines

Très beau gîte, belle luminosité, bien équipé, confortable et propre. Deux très belles terrasses, l'une pour le petite déjeuner avec une vue magnifique et l'autre plus cosy avec barbecue et plancha. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et les indications pour visiter la région très précieuses. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci à Maryse et Jo pour leur accueil.

Très beau gîte

Tout est bien: le gîte son confort et sa propreté, les propriétaires et leur gentil accueil, la vue, le calme, la région avec de nombreuses possibilités de promenade, à pieds, à vélo, en voiture. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire dans les Pyrénées Orientales.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison de village entièrement rénovée et agréable à vivre. Bien que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter des extérieures en raison de la période de notre séjour, nous avons pu imaginer comme cela doit être agréable en été (deux terrasses, équipement pour barbecue complet et vue à couper le souffle). Les hôtes sont trés sympas et surtout trés disponibles. Nous recommandons vivement ce séjour.

Formidable

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cette région que nous ne connaissions pas. Des randonnées à couper le souffle, des villages typiques, la tranquillité de Llauro avec sa vue exceptionnelle. Notre gîte était parfait, rien ne manquait, propreté, confort, emplacement, la climatisation était un vrai plus pour pouvoir se reposer au frais la nuit. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leurs conseils avisés ! Merci également pour les petits cadeaux de bienvenue ! Un de nos meilleurs séjours, nous reviendrons incontestablement.
