"Overall we had a great stay here. The building is impressive, the rooms are modern and very comfortable, and the breakfast was expensive but excellent. Our only complaint is regarding the front desk service, which was mediocre. When we checked in, they did not mention anything about the cost of using the hotel's private parking, and only when I checked out I discovered that it costs 19 euros per day. Additionally, I asked the guy at the front desk for an item that I was missing in the room, and...

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the first room we were given on the ground floor had a dustbin outside the window near the reception area that people had used after smoking so we were unable to open the window because of the smell, however the manager was very helpful and gave us another room near the back of the hotel which was fine. The breakfast was OK but there wasnt much of a selection of bread. "

"But of sightseeing and sentimental trip. Lleida is not really a tourist place but it's special for me and I wanted to see a few meaningful places. The hotel makes a good impression outside - it looks nice and modern. The reception hall and restaurant are also quite presentable. Further in gets a little bit old-style and worn. Lifts are a bit small and slow, but work fine. The floors look good. Rooms are spacious enough, with a comfy, but slightly squeeking beds. Walls aren't very thick so you...
