Villa Fina is a cosy 3-bedroom house located in a very quiet residential area just 8 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar, one of the most popular destinations on the Costa Brava! Full of restaurants, supermarkets, bars.. And all of this surrounded by beaches and coves with crystal-clear waters.



This house is ideal for spending a family holiday on the Costa Brava!



Maximum capacity for 6 people on a plot of 950 m2 with 85 m2 built.



Outdoor area with private swimming pool (9x4m), garden and a spacious and charming covered terrace where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the pool. At the back of the house, there is another outdoor area with a built-in barbecue and a basketball court. Exterior parking for 2/3 cars



Dining room with TV. Kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking: frying pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Yes, you will be able to enjoy meals as if you were at home!



Room with a double bed (135x190cm) and two rooms with 2 single beds in each (90x190cm). Two bathrooms with shower.

Free WiFi.



- Pets accepted upon request and with a supplement of £35/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned one week later by bank transfer.



Groups of young people not allowed.

This property is only for families. Bookings for individuals under 35 years old are not accepted.

Conditions for groups



- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Das Haus entspricht völlig der Beschreibung. Toll eingerichtet, in einer ruhigen Lage. Kleiner Abzug nur dafür, dass es nur eine Leiter in den Pool gibt und keine Treppe. Außerdem gibt es keine Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, deswegen kann man diese Nachts nicht wegen der Mücken öffnen. Damit ist es fast unerträglich warm in den Schlafzimmern.

Villa Vina Lloret blau

Wir waren mit einem unserer erwachsenen Sohn und unserem Hund für 14 Tage in der Villa Fina in Lloret blau. Das Grundstück war sehr schön, grüner Rasen, ein großer Pool (ohne Treppe, Ein-und Ausstieg über eine Leiter) und genug Platz für unseren Hund zum toben.Es gab eine ausreichend große Terrasse und 2 Liegen mit Sonnenschirmen.Das Auto konnte neben oder hinter dem Haus auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden.Das Grundstück war komplett durch Zäune und Hecke geschlossen was wir sehr angenehm empfanden.Den Grillplatz hinter dem Haus haben wir nicht genutzt .Die Umgebung vom Haus hat uns nicht so gefallen, ein entspannter Spaziergang mit dem Hund war wegen vielen aggressiven Hunde in den Nachbarschaft nicht möglich, teilweise waren die Grundstücke nur durch einen Maschendrahtzaun von der Straße getrennt , da hatten wir schon Bedenken mit dem Hund vorbeizugehen. Die Sauberkeit der Straßen im Wohngebiet könnte verbessert werden.Im Haus gab es keine Klimaanlage aber einen großen Ventilator mit dem man entweder das Hauptschlafzimmer oder das Wohnzimmer abkühlen konnte, für die anderen Zimmer empfiehlt es sich einen kleinen Ventilator mitzunehmen.Das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer ist nur 1,2m breit und somit etwas zu schmal für zwei Erwachsene.Es waren kaum Putzutensilien vorhanden, nur ein Besen, ein WischmopEimer und eine Kehrschaufel alles nicht mehr im guten Zustand, wir hätten uns noch einen Staubsauger und einen Handfeger gewünscht.Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden.

Hora de la salida y limpieza

La hora dw la.salida al.hacer la reserva con comentaron que si no entraba nadie ese dia nos podíamos quedar a comer en la casa, una semana antes nos dicen que porque el servicio de limpieza entraba a las 10h x tanto dia perdido. La cas es de 6 habia solo 4 hamacas llamamps a la agencia y nos dicen que las.normas son poner la mitad + uno, o sea pagas por 6 y solo habia 4. Y la limpieza muy justita, muchos rincones sin limpiar, primer dia le dimos una repaso para poder estar a gusto y tbe al dia de la llegada tuvimos qie lavar laa sillas dwl jardin estaban todas llenas dw barro y eso que un vecino nos dijo que se acabada de ir la.chica de la limpieza. Conclusión, casa para no repetir
