comfort: It was very cold during our stay and the house has no heating

comfort: It was very cold during our stay and the house has no heating. It was awful cold in the villa especially during night and in the bathrooms. The common bathroom had a smell like a cloak during the whole week and this couldn´t be stopped. There have been no toppings for the chairs and sunbeds outside and one of the umbrellas was damaged and not to be used. For the other umbrella a suitable support was missing. Impression: A very clean and cultivated house with a very nice garden and pool. … but no heating!?!
