COME BACK AGAIN
IT WAS ONE OF THE HOTELS WE WHERE STAYING IN LORET DE MAR. THIS ONE HAD THE BEST FOOD, THE BEST ROOMS, AND GOOD LOCATION. ONLY WHAT NEED TO REFRESH IS WHATER SLIDES THEY LITTLE BIT TIRED. BUT IN TOTAL IS VERY GOOD. SO TOP OF HOTELS I VISITED 1 BEST LORET SPLASH 2 SAMBA 3 SURF MAR

Really good but there's room for improvement
The best is the water park fir the children. Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean The food is ok but there's so much waste in the restaurant. They really need to think about imposing fines to guests who don't know how to use a buffet sensibly. People smoke everywhere outside and nobody challenges them. This was very annoying as I have young children.

Good Points: We went half board. I thought the food was great, the room clenliness was brilliant & the children loved the pool & the slides... Poor Points: The cleanliness of the outdoor areas was very poor... no cleaning took place until the morning time and the tiles around the pool area and the seating area under the awning often went days without being power-hosed so spills & dirt were there morning after morning.. let the place down.

Food was terrible. Not enough food choices and usually cold. Brilliant waterpark but inadequate cleaning schedules. Apart from aerobics there was hardly any entertainment. Just 30 minutes evening entertainment for children then nothing. Rooms lovely but small.

Nice location
A short distance from the hustle n bustle of the main strip n beach. Beds need replacing as they are very basic. Air con does work....however never gets very cool. Food was ok but a bit too repetitive and not much is served warm despite being under the food warmers. If you are not all inclusive drinks n snacks can be very expensive for the amount you get. Not all reception staff were friendly. Pool area was lovely even if overrun by the sheer volumes of families. There are several stairs to get into the hotel so be prepares to lug ur cases as no help will be offered and avoid if you have mobility difficulties.

Parking wird separat verrechnet und man bezahlt denn vollen Tag auch wenn man erst Abends in die Garage kann. Zimmer sehr hellhörig daher wird man oft wach in der Nacht.

Super séjour, hôtel pas très loin de la mer on trouve tous ce qu’il faut pour passer un séjour en famille ( salle de jeux, piscine, piscine pour enfant, Park aquatique..) Le buffet on avait le choix ( j’ai entendu des clients de plaindre par rapport à la nourriture mais moi personnellement je trouve que ça va.

Nuestra experiencia ha sido excelente,el personal del hotel le damos un 10 todos muy agradables.La única pega que pondríamos sería la gente que no respeta las normas: como tirarse de los toboganes en grupo, fumar en todo el recinto, tirar cosas al suelo y no recogerlas.. pero eso no es culpa del hotel. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir,es ideal para ir con niños.

Prima hotel. Midden in het centrum van Lloret. Wij hebben totaal geen geluidsoverlast gehad. Eten was goed en wat je mag verwachten voor deze prijs/een all inclusive restaurant. Door de thema avonden heb je wel wat afwisseling. Het is wel echt een zaal en geen gezellig restaurant. Kinderclub is prima maar je moet er zeker niet teveel van verwachten. De kinderen(5 7) hebben zich goed vermaakt in het zwembad. Groot nadeel is wel het handdoeken leggen bij het zwembad. Het zwembad gaat pas om 10 uur open en om half 9 waren alle bedjes al bezet. Al met al een prima vakantie gehad voor een goede prijs.

この街では一番プールが充実しています。部屋も清潔で快適。朝食も種類多くて美味しい。但し海までちょっとあるので、忘れ物を取りに帰らないよう気をつけて。

En premier temps je suis déçu d'expedia car je vous ai fait confiance pour nos vacances, sur les photos de votre promotion pour cette hotel soit disant 4 étoiles (2 étoiles car il y avait la clim et de leau dans la piscine...) elles ne reflète pas la réalité de la crasse sur les bord des piscines puis les odeurq et le pire dans le bains des enfants!!!! j'ai les photos à l'appui que je compte partager sur les réseaux et mon expérience car a par les réceptionniste, les services était à la tete du clients. Je suis une personne qui a eu la chance de voyager avec mon travail j'ai vue des choses c'est pour ça que je me permets de vous faire ce retour véridique en espérant un retour de votre part. Tellement le 22/072022 au soir il rajouté de l'eau dans la piscine pour camoufler les traces ce qui a produit beaucoup d'eau autour de la piscine le nombres d'enfants et personne qui tombe cella c'est que pour la piscine pour les autres choses je les posterai, le prix mériter pas ce que vous afficher merci pour votre escroquerie car pour pays developper européen nous somme tombé bien bas. Muy buen ditio para ir en familia.
La experiencia buenisima, el sitio para las familias es espectacular. La comida rica, las monitoras espectaculares, los socorristas siempre atentos, parce una tonteria pero cuando tienes hijas pequeñas da mucha tranquilidad. Por poner dos peros es que en las comidas habia poca variedad de verdura y en los almuerzos y meriendas no habia fruta para poder coger.

Gutes Hotel für Familien mit Kindern. Unser Zimmer war hervorragend, sehr groß mit Bad en Suite, großer Balkon mit Poolblick und Meerblick, sehr gute und große Betten, große Dusche und separate Toilette. Das Hotel ist sehr groß und dementsprechend ist der Speiseraum sehr groß und ziemlich laut. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, der Kaffee war sehr gut. Das Abendessen- viel Auswahl, frisch und schmackhaft- es gab immer Fisch, gegrilltes Fleisch, Salate, gute Desserts - wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden! Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich und fleißig! Großzügige Poollandschaft, Wasserrutschen und genügend freie Liegen von guter Qualität. Zu wenige Sonnenschirme. Das Zimmer wurde täglich sehr gut gereinigt, täglich frische flauschige Handtücher, schneeweiße Bettwäsche und kuschelige Decken. Das einzige was uns nicht so gefallen hat war die Lage, ein bisschen weit weg vom Zentrum, ohne Busanbindung. Empfehlenswert!
