Great value for the money. A bit outside the town, not on the beach but you can easily walk into town...ask for a shortcut. And the town is well worth visiting...full of pleasant surprises. The hotel is very utilitarian but has everything required for a comfortable stay. Located next to Aldi, vine shop (quite an experience), gas station and unexpectedly a high end restaurant in a walking area. Service is great, quiet, very comfortable bed...highly recommend.

Rooms were loud..Chinese hockey team was staying here there cloth was hanging outside to dry.. From our room you could hear people walking and talking. Location was ok

The room was clean and the property appeared to be well maintained. The check was to be from 2 - 10 pm. We arrived just a few minutes after 2. There were only 2 cleaning staff present. Initially they said they did not see we had a reservation. Then they said we did, but the person to check us in would not be in until 3. They did give us they key to our room and we waited until a little after 3 and no one showed up. The paperwork said the check in closes at 10 p.m. We had already wasted 1 hour of our time waiting for the person to arrive. We walked to the beach and then the shops. We came back early to the property so we would not miss the 10:00 time to formerly check in. It was frustrating to lose vacation time due to the staff person not being on time.

Clean, comfortable.
The hotel is in a trailer stop area, regardless is very nice hotel, clean and comfortable the staff is very friendly just pay attention on the exit this is a hotel to stay if you have a car.

Very modern and comfortable hotel
We arrived after reception was closed but it was easy to contact someone to help us check in. Comfy, clean, spacious modern room. Would recommend!

Friendly, helpful staff!
We arrived very late at the hotel as we were delayed at the airport because of lost luggage. Reception had shut, but the nightwatchman managed to let us in. As you are supposed to book breakfast the night before, we assumed that we wouldn't be able to get any, but after a lie-in, the two women in the restaurant still laid up a table for us and let us have the works. We also needed a place for our luggage to be delivered to once it had been found and even though we were no longer staying at the hotel, because we had moved on, they kept our luggage safe until we were able to collect it. Fantastic staff!

Good hotel for a one night layover
Got there really late and the key was left in a safety box outside the hotel (which was great). No water in the room, the area is not charming at all. Good room, good for a one night stay on the way to somewhere else.

Estancia agradable.
Estancia agradable. Pasé un fin de semana en este hotel para poder ir a un concierto y la verdad que me gustó el hotel. Las mujeres de la limpieza, fueron muy amables. Si vuelvo a ir a Lloret, volveré a alojarme en este hotel.

Económico y limpio
Hotel a las afueras de lloret, para mi perfecto con aparcamiento gratis y muy cerca del centro. Es cómodo y limpio, se puede llegar andando a water world, también tienes supermercado al lado.

Escapade en Catalogne
2 nuits à l’hôtel Esser , hôtel récent, propre et calme, il est vrai que le mois de février n'est pas très touristique donc peu de clients.Très bon petit déjeuner, chambre et literie confortable, et parking disponible et gratuit juste devant l'entrée de l’hôtel.Station service à coté avec carburant très peu cher.

Hôtel propre, personnel gentil et souriant, on entend pas les bruits extérieurs, mais les chambres entre elles ou le couloir on entend. Mis à part ça les chambre son nikel drap et serviette changer chaques jours passer.

Super rapport qualité prix
Chambre confortable pour un prix modéré. Bonne insonorisation . On n'entend pas la route pourtant très fréquentée. Rapport qualité prix optimum. Juste un point à retenir la rue de l'hôtel est à sens unique. Ce n'est pas bien indiqué en sortant de l'hôtel et je me suis trompé..
