Absolutely love this hotel and the location. My only complaint would be the HVAC, would like it to be a little cooler in the room, but realize I like it cooler than most, would definitely book again

Misrepresentation regarding parking. Their own parking is not on site and quite a walk with heavy bags. There are only 6 public parking spaces on the street, which are NOT free and were already taken. Rooms were dirty with black hairs in bed, towels, shower and shower room floor. Excellent choice for breakfast but the hot food was very cold. Reception staff were excellent but the woman cleaning the bar/restaurant in the morning was extremely rude and ended up shouting at me the top of her voice!

Nice hotel
A nice hotel well laid out the food in the restaurant was excellent, The drinks prices even the water with dinner was a bit steep, the only thing missing in the room was tissues something simple. A nice roof top pool could do with heating it was freezing which was a shame it spoilt the pool visit.

Consideramos que un hotel con categoría de 4 estrellas debe cumplir los standard de esa categoría y ese hotel no los tiene. El baño estaba en malas condiciones por falta de mantenimiento, las juntas de la ducha llenas de moho y el agua caliente era intermitente. Solicitamos cambio de habitación y en la siguiente la ducha funcionaba mejor, pero el moho era el mismo. Lamentamos mucho haber seleccionado ese hotel para nuestras vacaciones

Lovely hotel
Overall the hotel was lovely. Excellent location if you just want to chill out on the beach for a couple of days or have a bite to eat. Wasn’t tones of stuff to do around the area but was still a great place to just relax. Not a lot of choice for the spa & was a little bit pricey in my opinion. I highly recommend a private transfer from Barcelona airport too. We went economy for the price but it ended up taking 4hrs to get there!! Private transfer works out to be about an hour I think. The one thing I was disappointed by was the pool area on the roof. It’s lovely when you’re up there & beautiful views, but the roof only opens halfway so you’re in the shade pretty much all day & the depth of the pool goes up to your hips & is absolutely freezing! It’s not the end of the world as we just went to the beach everyday but it would’ve been nice to have an option. We only paid for breakfast but was decent enough. Rooms were very clean & beds were comfy, so overall I would probably stay here again :)

The two weaknesses.
Everything was fine except two things: 1. Weak WiFi 2. Tasteless diner. Food during dinner were not intercontinental dishes. Mostly saltless. But…variety that I couldn’t eat.

Told staff at front desk my wife was disabled, so they gave us to room on the 5th floor, which was either above or below a generator, or a Harley Davidson motorbike with it engine running all night, made a cup of tea, only to discover the kettle was still full of cleaning detergent.... restaurant food was good and the staff in the restaurant very helpful

Overall nice but big issues with cleaning
First impression was positive. Nice hotel, well located and stylish hall. Service desk very nice. All good until we got in to the room. First of all, it was not what we booked, in fact, we had a room with double bed while they gave us two single beds joined together. But the actual issue was with the bathroom that was not clean at all: sand on the sink, water on the floor, dirty wc and sinking from the ceiling. So we went to the reception to explain and they apologized and gave another room. This time the room was what we actually booked for: double bed. However, again issue with cleaning: hair on the bed and in the bathroom. We had to go back again to the reception and they indeed apologized again and sent somebody to clean and during the stay they tried to make us feeling better. At the end the hotel is nice but for us cleaning is very important and this is the very first time we saw this in a 4 star hotel.

An older seaside hotel with a fantastic makeover. The rooms and common areas are well-designed and attractive. Just meters from the Lloret de Mar beach, the hotel is an ideal location for tourists.We bought into the half-board plan, and very glad we did. The food for the most part was excellent and well-prepared.

The room as well as the restaurant were spacious and clean. We had half board and everything was very good. The only thing i didn’t like was that i wanted to reserve a parking-space and that was impossible.

A Fabulous Hotel
This hotel is fabulous value for money. Really modern, clean and run by professional friendly staff. It is ideally located on the sea front near to bars restaurants and shopping. It is however far enough away from the main strip of bars and Clubs. I would not recommend this place for stags/hens and would expect that the management would not tolerate any noise or general bad behaviour. The buffet food is really good and I would not expect many people would return from a stay at this hotel with anything else but praise. The rooftop pool caters for all weather as both the roof and sides of the building are retractable. I would highly recommend!!! Top-Tip: if you’re flying into Girona just buy a bus ticket from the kiosk outside the airport terminal. It costs approx 12 euro for a return ticket. It’s a single stop in the centre of Lloret (bus terminal).

Great location the rooms modern and the shower was fantastic, food not so good needs improved.. Hotel was spotless and house keeping staff were wonderful so polite and friendly a credit to the hotel...Sadly the young man on reception when we checked in was miserable never explained anything or mentioned meal times etc...Also Herbert in the bar/restaurant was so rude we actual left and never went in again he needs a lesson in customer service as his attitude towards guests was shocking...
