On the beach, good restaurant.
Valentina is a very dedicated guest, finding solution.
In my opinion room 102 is terrible: smell, noise, ants and bugs.
Valentina offer me an other room but was difficult to remove all.
Overall our stay was good 4* not 5* because of broken AC in the room. My husband, 13 months old toddler and I travelled from the US 7 hours flight & 6 hours time difference. Then 1 hour of train ride & taxi 30 min rideto the hotel and we checked into hotel room with broken AC. We reported it immediately as it was summer June around 85 F and humid. Front desk lady came up to the room to help us to adjust AC properly. However, it was broken. Then she informed us that engineer guy will come to the room shortly to fix it. We waited 15 min no one came. Therefore, we had to wait more than 40 min for the engineer guy to come, while we all including a crying toddler were exhausted. We had no choice but to come down to front desk 2-3 times with a crying toddler in my arms to complain about the room, only after 3rd time front desk lady finally made a decision and showed us a smaller room with working AC. Question: is that a hotel policy to remedy hotel guests experience only after guests come down to FD 3 times to complain? If that’s the case, then it’s a terrible customer service. As far as I know, hotel staff shall respond within 15 min or so or simply change the room. Because it is not guests fault that they checked in to the room with broken AC.
Otherwise, the front desk ladies were quite responsive, courteous, and professional. Maria helped me to book bus tickets to the airport. Very grateful for that. Restaurant staff were very friendly and super nice with a toddler.
We have visited this hotel for the last 3 years
On a half board basis and have never had a problem. never used the pools or spa but they look OK The food is mainly good but can sometimes be verging on the cold side. The TV has a good selection of channels

Kleine kamers , maar alles is voorzien en ruim terras , ligging perfect , dicht bij het strand en bij de winkels en bars . Rustig hotel . Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt . Avond eten voldoende keuze , maar vlees bereidingen kan beter . Maar honger zal je niet leiden Vriendelijk personeel en correcte info . Prijs kwaliteit in goed verhouding . Airco kan beter voor mensen die het graag koel hebben op de kamer .
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille à l’hôtel Rosamar & Spa.
La piscine est agréable, la plage est toute proche, les repas sont corrects et l’accueil très sympathique. Le personnel parle français, ce qui facilite beaucoup les échanges. On nous a même trouvé une chambre plus grande avec vue sur mer pour un prix très correct.

Vi trodde dock att det skulle vara 18+ på hela hotellet men det var det inte, men det störde inte så mycket ändå.
Wifi krånglade, hissarna var väldigt långsamma.
Men i det stora hela så var det en fin upplevelse och vi trivdes bra.

Tres bien place. aimables. Domage la restauration rien etais bon.et jai pris un massage ,la fille sorte de la cabine et mas massa la moitie du temps. Je recomande pour dormir.
Quasi tutto eccellente ad eccezione di uso di 1 solo ascensore , visto che L altro era un montacarichi ,
Crede che una struttura di queste dimensioni dovrebbe avere un ascensore più capiente e un po’ più moderno , per il resto tutto ottimo l’accoglienza alla reception il personale la piscina ad eccezione del ristorante garden in cui sono stato una sera che subito dopo ho desistito con personale non all’altezza , menu con scelta limitata tutt’altro che il buffet è sempre eccellente molto vario qualità buona.

soweit war alles OK, alteingesessenes Haus, perfekte Lage, Poolbereich alles eng, nettes Personal, leider hatten wir ein altes Zimmer, aber mit fantastischem Meerblick. All Inklusive- Essen war hervorragend, reichlich Auswahl, ABER bei den Getränken wurden wir 3.Klasse behandelt. Wir mussten auch beim Essen nach Getränken "betteln". Die all inkl. Cocktails kamen aus dem Tetrapack, die "bezahlten" wurden frisch zubereitet, also geschmacklich grausam, AUSSER Mojito, den konnte man trinken. Schade, dass so ein Unterschied gemacht wird, immerhin haben wir im All inkl. Paket auch mehr zahlen müssen. dieses All inkl. ist nicht mit Türkei/Ägypten und co.zu vergleichen. Beachtet dies bei der Buchung. Dies ist der einzige Kritikpunkt, den wir haben.
