Great reception staff
Hotel was well located, spotless clean and the staff nice. The reception staff were especially nice and helpful.The restaurant was clean but quite manic at times, the range of food was okay with show cooking stations but the food especially at breakfast was often only lukewarm. The rooftop pool and bar was great.

Great hotel, will stay again. Very modern and clean with a great rooftop pool and bar. Comfy beds and plenty of room. Champagne served with breakfast, what's not to like? My only two criticisms (they wouldn't stop me from booking again) are: *You can hear all the other rooms around you very clearly. The air vent in the room appears to be joined to other rooms so you can clearly hear everyone else on your floor, as if they are in the room. Not great at 3am when you're trying to sleep. *The toilet is seperate from the main bedroom by a piece of glass. Make sure you're very comfortable with your partners toilet habits as you're about to experience it all. Like I say, great hotel. Good location, good food, great facilities, very helpful staff. Oh, free champagne at breakfast too ;)

Lovely hotel, great room (with excellent lighting), beautiful roof top terrace and pool which is much quieter than the main pool area, excellent breakfast. Only slightly annoying thing is the pool areas are only opened at 10am, whereas I like to sit in the sun earlier before it gets too hot. Impressed that a small fault with the shower was fixed immediately. All round a great visit and I will happily return

Food is overpriced, repetitive, and not that great. Place the DND sign on my door and housekeeping completely disregarded it banging on my door at 10 pm at night to borrow an iron for another guest. The pillows in the room smells and Not sure if the AC is broken or that’s the way it is, but it was to hot in the that room. Closing the pool at 8pm on a summer night is completely unheard of. The staff is not people friendly asking a simple question seemed like such a bother. 1 star would not recommend

It's a beautiful new property. The breakfast Buffet was fantastic both with regard to the quality of the food and its presentation. The one area I felt the resort fell short on was with their staff and the amenities. When you requested standard amenities like a shower cap, tissue etc. The staff's first impulse was to say - sorry we don't offer that, but yet if you probed a little bit they were forthcoming with the amenity. So with that said, it's a beautiful Resort. It easily could be a five-star property but the reason it's not is because the actual service by the staff is not what you'd expect in regards sense to the willingness and pamper. I would recommend the hotel because of the property itself you're comfortable

Cons : The called on the phone at 11.10 to say the check out is at 11am, at 11.15 they knocked like crazy people to say the same thing. Supposed to be a 4.5 stars hotel. No valet or help for the luggage at check in. Pros: Brand new hotel, nice design, nice pools, nice room, not far from the beach and main street.

We had the most wonderful stay. Marc at the pool bar and the staff in the Factory restaurant were so amazing, friendly and took the best care of our entire family. Should be made 5 star
We went there for the first time to the area and due to the hotel being excellent it made our holiday. We went with family members with grandchildren and when they left earlier than us we were able to visit the 8th floor for adults only and wish we had more time up there. The reception staff were excellent as well as the restuarant staff. Our room was clean everyday and was spotless. Very impressed and would recommend this hotel.

Really disappointed to have to write this. Stayed many times and have had several issues, many promises of money back, free upgrades (couldn’t be upgraded as we had suites) and when you complain you get no where. No gestures of a free drink for the hassles. This stay we had ants in the room, and now we have a flooded room and have had to wait for it to be fixed and cleaned. Pay good money I expect top service which I haven’t had.

Great hotel, great staff, great food!
We had an amazing time! 5 min walk to the beach and across the street from the bus station. Hotel was renovated last year, it has a nice pool and kid area, but also adults only pool, bar and sitting area on the 8th floor. There is a nightly entertainment but discos/clubs were a short walking distance too. We booked breakfast and dinner with our stay and it was delicious, I highly recommend it. We were there 7 nights and dinner was never repeated, yet so much to chose from every night. Pool bar served yummy food and beverages as well. Comfortable hotel stay with family
Pleasant stay overall. Very clean, great service, many bars, restaurants with great food and drinks. We used half board option which came up with great breakfast and dinner options. The only downside we can think of is there was not so much to keep teenagers busy apart from a pool table. The indoor and rooftop pools are only for Adults. The outdoor pool is not heated so you have to rely on weather. Many offsite parking options that can cost 20-30Euro for up to 24 hrs.

What a beautiful hotel with friendly staff
This hotel is a such a lovely hotel. The location was super, not too close to the noise from the main road but not too far away if you wanted to join the fun. The food was amazing and reasonably priced too if you didn’t choose a board like us. The suite was so comfortable and relaxing and had that extra touch of ‘luxury’ with gold plated taps etc. There was no fight for sun loungers, plenty around with free towel service available. Staff were so friendly and always smiling which makes a difference. I would definitely go back to this hotel. Clean, crisp and modern.

Todo muy bien con respecto al hotel. El desayuno espectacular. El único problema es que hay un campo de futbol al lado y si quieres descansar y hay partido es muy ruidoso. Por lo demás perfecto.

Negatives: - near a very busy roundabout, so when at the swimming pool on the ground floor, the noise is very dominant. - very expensive hotel parking in a nearby garage, 24€/day. - loud housekeeping, from early in the morning. Sleeping in is not really an option. - although announced, no action taken against the reservation of sunbeds. - often long lines at the buffet, because of wrong set up. Also cleaning of tables took too long. - too many large groups during our stay - expensive spa, no promotions for hotel guests. - lack of toiletries (conditioner, body lotion, shower cap, ...) - some issues with housekeeping entering our room unwanted and unannounced from time to time Positives: - location: in the city center overlooking the sport park, away from the busy and noisy 'strip', about 10 minutes from the beach. - adults only section on the rooftop. - food and presentation thereof, everyday good variety of fresh meat and fish. - TV with chromecast option - very good wi-fi - security guard at the door I believe this is one of the better hotel options in Lloret, but the 'superior' experience was definitely missing.

Het was een goed hotel, mooi gelegen, fantastisch zwembad op het dak, aardig personeel, maar de schoonmaak had wel iets beter gekund. Doordat de afvoer in douche verstopt was door viezigheid en haren op de eerste dag, liep het water bijna de kamer in. Dat werd wel dezelfde dag opgelost. Ook wel wat viezigheid op de vloer. Toen het drukker werd, was het ontbijt nogal chaotisch. Niet genoeg 2 of 4 persoons tafels gedekt en dan weggestuurd worden als je aan een lange ging zitten. Dat kan naar mijn idee echt niet! Als klap op de vuurpijl liep er een zilvervisje door de badkamer op de laatste dag. Vandaar dat ik zeg: schoonmaak en service kan beter
