Villenpark Playa Arena House Sandalia
Característics of house: Villa for 8 people with private pool, situated in a quiet area of Cala Canyelles. Furnished and decorated with taste. Fully equipped. It is close to a nice beach and the center of the residential park (bus stop, diving school, restaurant, swimming pool, snack bar and our office)
Villa Sandalia has:
Ground floor: living/dining room with direct access to a beautiful pool area. Fully equipped kitchen (Toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and dishwasher). 1 bedroom with double bed (own bathroom), 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 1 bathroom with shower.
First floor: 1 bedroom with king size bed and great terrace with fabulous sea view. 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom.
Extras: Spacious garage, central heating, TV satellite (Astra), WiFi (not always stable connection) and washing machine.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Drying rack and cleaning kit (shovel, broom and MOP) available.
Central heating, high chair, extra bed or baby cot against fee.
Pets are allowed on request. (5€/ day)
The bedrooms are equipped with warderobes, pillows and blankets. Bed linen and towels can be rented. (ask previously please)

Steep coast and sandy beaches. Surrounded by mountains, pine forests and oaks; the situation is very calm.
In the center of the Cala Canyelles urbanization there is a restaurant, bar, tennis court. Nautical club with mooring rentals, diving center, ski school, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and other water activities. It’s posible to rent umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, cars for rent, horse riding, ticket for excursions and in the vicinity various golf courses and pitch on putt.
Outside of high season the offer of the different activities offered in the area may be more limited.
The arrival must be between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. The arrivals between 20:00 and 24:00 must be notified by phone 2 hours before.
The reception of the clients will take place at the Playa Arena office located in the Cala Canyelles urbanization. In the office, registration and payment procedures will be formalized. Then we will go with you personally to the accommodation, we will explain in detail the characteristics of the house and we will give you the keys.
The Exit must be made before 10:00. One day before your departure, come to the office to arrange a home inspection.
The final cleaning does not cover that the house has to be returned in proper condition: basic cleaning, clean and tidy dishes in the cupboards, leave sheets and towels folded next to the entrance door of the house and deposit the garbage in the corresponding containers. If the house is not in this state, an extra service will be applied that will be deducted from the deposit.
How to get there: Take the AP2 motorway, take exit 9 towards Lloret de Mar. Once you arrive in Lloret de Mar, take the road to Tossa de Mar and after 2.5km on the right you will find the exit to Cala Canyelles. Continue straight until you find a square. The Playa Arena office is on the right side of this square.

maison spacieuse, propre, accueil TB, vue sur mer sympa même si un peu cachée par la maison voisine. un peu loin de la Cala Canyelle à pied ( 30 mn aller et 40 retour ( pente) et avec fort dénivelé et escalier) , très difficile de se garer en voiture. La Cala Canyelle est superbe, lieu privilégié et préservé . mer propre , restaurant sympa sur la plage.
La villa est dans les hauteurs dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Elle est spacieuse. La piscine est bien entretenue. Une bonne réactivité de l'agence pour reparer les volets. Un bloc de climatisation serait nécessaire à l'étage lors de fortes chaleurs c'est insoutenable
Il manque d'ustensiles type verres et il faudrait renouveler les poêles.
La plage à proximité est belle et pas trop de monde mais trop de difficulté pour se garer.
La maison est encore plus grande et belle en vrai que sur les photos. Si vous n'avez pas pris le linge de lit avec la location prevoyez egalement des tapis de bain (3) et des torchons pour la vaisselle.
La communication avec l'agence est au top. Ils ont ete tres reactifs lorsque nous nous sommes enfermés dehors avec les clefs dedans, et le probleme a été géré en 10min.

Im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden..wir waren mit 3 kleinen Kindern und noch einem Pärchen.
War genug Platz für alle da besonders gut das die Kinder nicht flüchten konnten, die Klimaanlage und das 3 Badezimmer zur Verfügung standen.
Mückennetz an den Fenstern wären von Vorteil...
