Cosy apartment for 2/4 people in Fenals - Lloret de Mar with communal swimming pool, very close to Fenals beach.



It has all the amenities to enjoy a good holiday.



The distribution is as follows:

For the hottest days of summer, it has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

The accommodation does not have a parking space.

· The apartment is rented in full for the exclusive use of guests.

· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of persons indicated in the property details, including adults and children.

· The property can only accommodate the number of persons in the booking and there cannot be more persons staying/visiting at the same time on the property.



· Community swimming pool subject to the rules of the homeowners' association where the house is located. Pool usage rules may vary depending on each situation.



CHECK-IN:

· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

Late arrival:

· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)

- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.



· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.



· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.



. Deposit of 200 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.

In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.

Cleaning:

. The accommodation must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street containers before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.

· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.

· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's tariff, to be charged on-site by the technician.



Rules:

· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.

In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.



· Pets are allowed. The cost is £6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights, the maximum cost per pet will be £42/booking.



IMPORTANT:

In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the guarantee deposit.



· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.

Nous sommes venus à 4 pour un long week-end et nous avons trouvé le logement à la dernière minute

Nous sommes venus à 4 pour un long week-end et nous avons trouvé le logement à la dernière minute. Hôte très réactif quand à notre demande de réservation, bonnes explications sur ou se garer (Grand parking payant, forfait 24 heures 30€) ou dans la rue si place il y a, de nombreux restaurant à proximité du logement, et à 15-20 minutes du centre ville à pied. Pour ce qui est du logement en lui même, très agréables, lit confortables mais petit bémol pour le canapé lit un peu dur, petit plus pour le balcon très apprécié pour prendre l'apéro et la piscine en bas du bâtiment pour se détendre. Logement très proche de la plage ! Nous nous sommes régalés ! Encore merci pour tout !
