Beautiful farmhouse in a quiet location in Llubi. The house offers 96sqm with enough space for 4 people. It has 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. The open kitchen is comfortably furnished and equipped with all amenities. The living room is cosy and invites you to stay. Here you have satellite TV and an internet connection at your disposal.
Enjoy the authentic Mallorcan countryside with a barbecue or play table tennis on the covered terrace. You can cool off in the pool, with cosy sun loungers available for you. The independent house in a rural area offers ample parking right at the door and is fully fenced, providing a high degree of privacy.

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

Sehr sauber und überaus freundliche Vermieterin
Sauberkeit, Verwöhnung durch Eigentümerin mit Leckereien, Obst und Getränken
Trotz Belegung mit 2 Personen wäre eine Spülmaschine wünschenswert, damit- und mit einer Klimaanlage käme man einem positiveren Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis entgegen.

Heerlijke finca. Zeer gastvrij onthaald en verwend.
Deze finca is zo gebouwd zodat je een koel maar ruim/hoog binnengedeelte hebt. Geweldig is de ruime overkapping. En voor ons was de tafeltennis tafel te gek. De kleine douche was heerlijk warm. Eén wat frissere avond gehad en toen gebruik gemaakt van open haard; hout lag klaar. Wasmachine was ook handig. Rustige omgeving, hier en daar hoor je een ezel of pauw. Wel regelmatig opstijgende vliegtuigen. Al met al fijn en landelijk verblijf.

Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man es mag abgeschieden zu wohnen !
Alles da was man benötigt.
Internet funktioniert einwandfrei.
Sehr freundlich empfangen worden mit vollen Obstkörben, Keksen und Wein.
