Relax on our rooftop terrace, shaded by a sun sail, and enjoy the direct view of the water and the adjacent pine forest. A hot tub invites you to unwind and helps you slip right into a restful holiday. The rooftop terrace features a modern seating area, four lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower. Two additional lounge chairs are located in the lower garden, where there is a new pool with two more lounge chairs.

The house has three bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms are directly connected to the bedrooms. All feature modern showers with rain showerheads. The living room, which opens onto the kitchen, also has a fireplace for cosy evenings. You’ll find modern fans throughout the rooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped.

A washing machine is located in the covered backyard. There is also a garden with additional seating and a pool for swimming and cooling off. Out front is a large covered porch with a dining table that seats six and a newly installed grill. It’s directly adjacent to the kitchen via an exterior door. This makes it wonderful to cook and grill both indoors and outdoors.

The house is located in the beautiful coastal town of Cala Pi. This small village, with its lovely restaurants, is situated in the southeastern part of the island. You can reach the beach on foot in 3 minutes and are situated on one of Mallorca’s most beautiful bays. You can reach the bakery, which offers fresh croissants and baguettes, in 2 minutes. The best restaurants are within walking distance.

However, a car is recommended, as shopping options in the village are limited to a single, expensive local supermarket. However, a 10- to 15-minute drive will take you to Llucmajor, where you can buy everything your heart desires. Not far away is the natural beach Es Trenc. From the airport, you can reach Cala Pi in 20 minutes. Driving along Mallorca’s impressive coastal road, you can reach Palma in about 25 minutes.
