IMPORTANT: The water slides must be supervised by a lifeguard from our team; guests receive 2 hours of free water slide access each day they have the villa reserved. Sessions must be scheduled before 1:00 PM every day.

IMPORTANT: The villa has a maximum capacity of 36 guests.
However, the platform only allows reservations for up to 16 guests.
If the number of guests exceeds this limit, an additional charge of €50 per extra person per night will apply, which must be paid separately.

NOTE: If you enter the total number of guests who will ultimately be staying when you make the reservation, you will not incur any additional charges later.

WARNING: Everyone entering the villa must be registered by first and surname. Anyone who is not registered will be considered an unauthorised guest in the villa and will not be covered by third-party insurance. Don’t take the risk—it’s not worth it.

It’s important that the number of guests matches what’s listed in the reservation; each additional guest incurs a charge of 50€ per night, which will be billed as an extra fee through Airbnb. If you have guests staying at the house, there’s an additional daily fee. Parties, disturbances, and drunkenness are not permitted—this is a private residential area in Mallorca.
