"The balcony is spacious and the view superb. The apartment had everything we needed but the bathroom, particularly the shower, needs maintenance. A dead cockroach on it's back was by my bed when I got there. I did wonder if it had fallen off the bedside table which wasn't a pleasant thought at night. The WIFI stopped after day 1 which was inconvenient. We never met a representative for the apartment during our stay & although I contacted the manager via Whatsapp, it was never resolved. "

Really pet friendly, the reception staff were great and the cabin we stayed in was perfect for what we needed! A comfortable bed and a great shower. The on-site restaurant had a great selection as well. "

"Outstanding ! We spent 10 days at the palms and enjoyed every minute.We arrived earlier than expected as we decided to drive from Leicester to the villa over two days Audrey kindly allowed us to check in early and met us at the villa later in the afternoon. Communication was first class from the time of booking to the time of arrival. We are a family of 9, kids ages ranging from 5 up to 14. There is so much space for us all, at times we were looking for each other. The pool was a massive attraction for us, grant the pool guy came twice a week and is a very nice chap to talk to. Each morning I cleaned the leafs out the pool with the provided pool scoop as there are a lot trees around the villa. I think some people in these reviews expect the hosts to do this for you ! Yes the tiles around the pool are a bit sharp but we laid 2 beach towels over the edges by the steps and problem solved. The bbq area provides a great shaded area through out the dayEvery thing you could possibly need is provided, tv, internet, kitchen utensils etc. Having a car is a must due to the location, because we drove our own car there we were able to go and explore the local towns and villages and also a few trips to Salou. This gives you the best of both worlds, lots to do near by in the evening and a fantastic private villa during the day. I can’t fault the place or Audrey who is a very friendly and professional host. 100% will be booking again "
"Well equipped family home and fabulous outlook, pool outstanding. In a residential area so not many restaurants or bars to got to. Beach is a 15min walk which has a bar and nice hotel restaurant. Although we were provided with pool towels would expect these to be standard. Can’t fault Manolo very accommodating and responsive and gave excellent recommendations. Overall we enjoyed our break "
