"I loooovveeeeee it here everyone was so helpful. Customer service was amazing as soonest you walked in the staff greeted you with a smile. If you are looking for luxury and culture at the same time W resort is the place to stay. My room was clean private pool right outside my room with a lake view was breath taking.
