"Overall, this studio was really nice on the inside. The main issue I had was that it is literally feet from the railroad tracks and it was LOUD! They provide a white noise machine and earplugs but those don't help. It should be in the property description because I did not know it was close to the railroad tracks until the evening before when I received the check-in instructions. I honestly would never have stayed here if I had known because I am a very light sleeper. So, 2 nights with no solid sleep was rough. There were 5 trains in 3 hours on Saturday morning - it's just too loud for me. The communication could have been better with the host - I never got a message confirming my stay and I ended up having to get the phone # from VRBO so that I could text them. So, I feel that the communication could have been better. But other than that, it's a beautiful studio inside but just too loud with the train."

"I used this property for my construction crew. The location was great, very clean, and the property owner was awesome. He kept me informed on everything going on and if I needed him to check anything out, he was fast to respond and handle it. I will defiantly use this property again for future projects. "
