"Walls in room where dirty and one room smelled like smoke but staff quickly come washed down spots and changed the one room… pool was over chlorined made my child’s bathing suit loose over half its color"

"The Hotel was ideally located for our trip to St. John, easy on and off the major freeway to all the places we wanted to explore. The room was clean and up to date plenty of places to charge your electronics. The best thing about the Chateau was the staff, Rachel at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The lady who made our coffee and served us our breakfast in the morning was delightful, friendly and cheerful a great way to start your day. We are sorry but we can't remember what her name was, it was like having your Mom take care of you in the morning. If we ever travel back to St. John we will definitely be staying at the Chateau."

"The front desk staff gave us 2 drink coupons and 2 bottles of water after I asked what the difference was btw 2 types of rooms. That was a very nice gesture. Breakfast was great. So was the pool and all the amenities at the hotel. Got lots of walking in Thur the pedways and the streets . Lots to do and see close by."

"When we arrived, I could not believe the VIEW we had. Million dollar view. Karen was an amazing host. The kitchen was phenomenal. We were able to easily do a huge meal in the kitchen with all of the available kitchen implements. My daughter wants to live here. Loved our stay and would definitely come back."
