"This is a lovely rustic country house on an acreage minutes away from Amboise. The hostess Marie-Josephe is a lovely woman who is very generous with her produce from her garden and fruit trees. Her free range chickens are entertaining and the eggs are delicious! We would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, out of the way location, yet within minutes to Amboise, the Chateau, restaurants, and vineyards!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The Hosts were extremely courtesy and welcoming! They gave us a nice tour of the place when we arrived. Our younger kids enjoyed the trampoline that was available as well. The only thing we didn't realize was that the linens were an extra charge as the listing said they were provided. Other than the communication was excellent! We would happily stay there again if in the area. Thanks for allowing us to make memories at your Gite!"

"If you like old towns with history and want to stay in an old coaching inn (logis de france), then stay here! It is old but cleaned very well. The restaurant (also dining room for breakfast) is beautiful. Le monsieur (owner) is a excellent chef and madame serves meals for an elegant and unhurried evening. often only 4-6 other tables dining. We stayed for 3 weeks and loved Loches and the Hotel de France!"

"Hotel Bellevue was ideally located in the town of Amboise. Our room was large, the bathroom was well appointed with robes and plush towels, and the air conditioning in the room was excellent, even in 90° F weather. The desk staff were friendly and took care of all our needs, including providing excellent restaurant recommendations. "
