"This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"

"Beautiful spot in the countryside with a wee stream running behind the cottage, very peaceful. We booked as 5 adults, Hotels.com simply stated 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Did not say that all but one double bed were in the same room… so my husband and 24 year old son had to take one room, and sleep in a double bed! And us girls had to take the other one. "Our favourite place to visit is the argyll and bute area, coming from the central belt with an eye to moving further north we really appreciate having nature on your doorstep and as a result we fell in love with this place. The hosts are very helpful, giving us updates on the day of arrival was so appreciated. Perfect spot for kayaking, fishing and hiking with a lovely, well kept lodge to return to at the end of the day. We're already looking to go back!"

"Really well equipped house with beautiful surroundings. After clear instructions of how to arrive and check in we felt warmly welcomed with fresh flowers and some chocolates from Oban. Plenty of lovely walks nearby, but the house was also a great place to use as a base to explore wider, from a trip to Oban (picking up more chocolates!) to a walk up Ben Cruachan. We’d love to stay again and continue to explore. Huge thanks to Fiona and Andy for being such great hosts!!"

"Booked the house for a long weekend for myself, adult children, their partners and baby. House was exceptional, large and well equipped with everything you could think of. Views were amazing. Location and surrounding countryside was fabulous. Can also recommend the pier cafe, and we had a wonderful time clay pigeon shooting with Gregor at Ledard Farm. Only one thing would have made our stay better - we should have booked for a week not a weekend ! Would definitely recommend."
