"This is a family run business. It is a small and quaint traditional Caribbean hotel. The staff are very friendly and there is great beach access. The food at both the beach bar and on site restaurant are very good. I would however skip the free breakfast and order off the menu. If you are looking for a fancy hotel, this is not the place. If you are looking for an authentic Caribbean well run hotel with friendly staff and a beautiful beach, this is the place. "

"Wow, what an amazing spot! Incredible view, rooftop pool, very private, and located so anywhere you drive on the island is under 10 min away! Euston was so helpful, even met me at the ferry dock so i could follow him back to the property the first night. I highly recommend this rental, and will definitely be back!"

"We had a wonderful week at Lockrum Point Villa. It’s a beautiful property with views of St. Martin and away from neighbors for privacy yet an easy drive to anywhere on the island in 20-30 minutes. Really great breezes on the porch and pool deck made afternoons and evenings particularly lovely. Having the gazebo was also really cool. We were a group of friends traveling so having four bedrooms and dedicated bathrooms was critical. One minor thing we didn’t realize: two of the bedrooms are connected by outside stairs, not a huge deal, but wanted to note. We would definitely return and use this property as a base. Kitchen was well stocked for simple meals. The property manager was super helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend for a family or friend gathering!"
