This modern, bright apartment is moored in the heart of Loctudy, this town on the Breton coastline between sea and river! You can stroll through the narrow streets, enjoy the view of the Perdrix tower, the entrance to the Pont-l'Abbé River, in the lively heart of the resort. Moreover, you will find beaches nearby to relax on the white sand and refresh yourself in the salty water. Everything is accessible on foot!



The apartment is completely renovated and bright, with a peaceful atmosphere! You will find a well-equipped American kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle) where you will enjoy preparing good dishes, its bar table will be perfect for sharing a good meal.

The living room is a cosy corner where you can chat over a drink.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people, it has three bedrooms, all with a large double bed so that you can rest in complete serenity.
