Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in schnell am Strand und die zentrale Lage von Kölpinsee ermöglicht nette Ausfahrten, auch ohne Profisportler auf dem Fahrrad zu sein! Die Nähe zur Hauptverkehrsstraße und der Bahnlinie können schon einen gewissen Lärmpegel in der Dachgeschoßwohnung erzeugen. Nachts ist es aber sehr ruhig und man kann entspannt auch bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen, es stört wenn nur tagsüber auf dem Balkon...aber da...
