The Sonneninsel holiday resort is located in the Kölpinsee seaside resort and is located between the white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea and the idyllic banks of the backwaters.
The four houses in the holiday complex were newly built in 2018 and combine high-quality equipment with great comfort.

The top floor apartment in the Sonnenschein house is 65 m² in size and invites up to 4 people to spend their vacation there. The apartment is modern and furnished with attention to detail.

The elegantly furnished living room impresses with an open, high-quality kitchen with all technical equipment, a comfortable dining area and access to the 4.5 m² balcony with seating. Floor-to-ceiling window elements ensure a friendly room climate.

The apartment has a master bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds each 80x190 cm.

The spacious bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower.

The outdoor area is equipped with wellness loungers, a central grill fireplace and a covered seating area. For the little guests there is a trampoline, a table tennis table, a swing and a play house.

A parking space is located directly at the house. A lockable bicycle shed is available for bicycles brought with you.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Ich bin mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden gewesen. Ich war mit Hund für 4,5 Wochen dort und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ruhige Lage und mit dem Auto erreicht man jede Ecke von Usedom in ca. 30-40 Minuten. Komme gerne wieder :)

Die Buchung des Objektes gestaltete sich etwas schwierig. Die Wohnung selbst war soweit ok, nur an manchen Stellen, z.B. im Badezimmer hat man sich bei der Planung keine besondere Mühe gegeben! Ein viel zu kleines Waschbecken, viel zu weit weg vom Spiegel und die Toilettenpapierhalterung war auch viel zu tief angebracht! Der Mülltonnenstandplatz war eine Katastrophe, alle Mülltonnen übervoll und es hat gestunken! Die Sitzecke ist dadurch eine Zumutung! Weiterhin müsste man darüber informiert werden, dass es Fahrradschuppen gibt und sogar Sonnenliegen und eine Tischtennisplatte! Haben wir durch Zufall gesehen und unsere Räder dann dort auch untergestellt! Und die Anruferei bei Ankunft und Abreise ist ein bisschen wie im Kindergarten! Ansonsten ist die Wohnung schön groß, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden! Großes Plus waten die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern! Und ein weiterer Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre noch, dass man Auflagen für die Stühle auf dem Balkon zur Verfügung stellt!

moderne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung entsprach nach Lage und Ausstattung voll unseren Erwartungen sowie der Beschreibung im Inserat. Die Betten in den Kinderzimmern sind allerdings wegen ihrer Größe tatsächlich nur für Kleinkinder geeignet. Die Größe war aber in der Auschreibung so angegeben. Insofern kein Vorwurf. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern daher zu empfehlen.
