"Frig not working, had to reset the heater, smells like someone was smoking, and the fire alarm was going off and I did not have a number for front desk. Didn’t know if I needed to get out do to a real fire. Do not feel safe here either and probable won’t get a good nights sleep. "

"I highly recommend a visit to wine and roses resort and hotel and spa. The spa experience was absolutely beautiful, perfect, and very relaxing and tranquil. Our hotel room was beautiful and had everything you could need. I can’t say enough about the grounds of the resort itself. It was so aesthetically put together, which gave you a feeling of being 100 miles away from a city with a wonderful experience and I hope you take it opportunity to visit and experience this for yourself.
