AC good. Smelly carpet, peeling wallpaper, scratched up door, broken screen. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. It was affordable but you get what you pay for. Staff was nice enough.

The Steamboat Inn
What a charming property! Lana was so welcoming, we enjoyed fresh cookies when we arrived and wonderful eggs Benedict the next morning. Rooms were colorful with mini fridges and spacious bathrooms. I have recommended it to all my friends

Excellent host, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Much appreciated!As far as the cabin, we absolutely loved it. Relax, Fish, Visit Historic Jefferson & Caddo Lake
The place was absolutely amazing and the host as well. We parked three trucks with boats. The only thing is the road in is a little rough considering your pulling a 75000 dollar boat over it for three miles. We would absolutely stay again and are planning on it next March
