The Double Tree in Łodz is one of my favorite hotels. I business travel in Europe 60-70 nights per year, and this hotel is one the best in its price class. Keep up the good work!

Great choice for visiting Lodz Orientarium/Zoo (10min by taxi) and connections from Kaliska station but also if you prefer staying outside the city centre. There is a nice park just opposite the hotel and you can walk to the main busy Piotrkowska Street in about 30min or just take a bus or taxi (around 15-20PLN). The hotel has exceeded our expectations in terms of food and customer service. Plenty of choice for breakfast (slow pressed juice was a bonus), evening meal was also very good and tasty (zalewajka soup was ecxellent). But the real highlight was customer service at reception, restaurant, bar, technical support - professional but still friendly and human, it does not happen often nowadays...room was spacious, good firm bed, fridge, kettle, safe; overall very happy with our stay; morning swim at their pool on the 10th floor was a great start of the day.

Lovely hotel, lovey straff and nice pool/spa

Lovely hotel. Mabye a littel far from town with out a car, but otherweis the hotels service and pool, breakfast all was so good. Only thing I can complain on was that I was writ some day beford we come and ask for a speciel turistcard to public transport and when we come they dont have them. And the hotel say they will check it up, it is only 5 hotels there have this tourstcard. I would like to stay here again.

Good stay

Those at the reception found a good parking space for our minibus and that was important to us. Small pool and many children in the pool for many hours, should have been a timelimit so that others could get in. Super good breakfast.
