"It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The flat reeked of smoke, communication with the host was awful, and to top it off, there were large spiders. I reported the issues to both Hotels.com and the host, but the experience was beyond disappointing. Would not recommend."

"We loved staying in Andrea and Rolf’s apartment. They were so friendly before and during our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The garden was amazing, such a great space for enjoying the pool and outside dining area. We found the location fine for travelling to the beautiful Black Forest sights and attractions."

"As expected, except:Kitchen window towards the entrance can’t be used as people smoke/vape there and it smells up the apartment.Apartment still damp (even with windows open) as heat is turned off.Mentioned about the heat during the first stay, nada response. Complained about shower drain not doing so well. Nada response.On the bright side, no more ant graveyard. However, not sure if those and poison things are still legal in Germany! Someone said they aren’t. Beware!Perhaps some instructions of...

"Very nice place. Quiet. Got a good night sleep here. The guy who run this place where also very nice. Only thing is the stairs uppstairs is a litle dangerous for small kids. We put something infront of the stairs so our 2 year old wouldnt fall. If we go back to this part of germany we wil rent it again. "

"The apartment is very modern and stylish, all of the rooms are really well decorated and the beds are super comfy. Great location to drive out to various attractions in the area and you can walk out to the lake from town, which takes about an hour (and is mostly uphill!) The owners (and associated friends) are very friendly and even helped with the return of some luggage lost by the airline. Great apartment with everything you need. "
