The property has three full bathrooms. Two are on the main floor and one is downstairs.



We welcome pets. Please be sure to include your pets when booking. There’s a $100 pet fee per animal for the stay.



There are cots available in the closet of the primary bedroom, with bedding stored in the adjoining bathroom. To help keep the loft cool, we`ve added an extra window A/C unit. You`ll also find disposable eye masks and ear plugs in the supply closet on the first floor, just in case you need a little extra rest.



You can let yourself in using a custom code on the door keypad.



The game room is a detached garage. It has A/C, heat, and Wi-Fi. Please use the garage specific Wi-Fi network for the best connection and speeds.



The cabin has high speed spectrum internet service. It is fast and stable.



Cell phone service can be spotty. We suggest that you make calls using Wi-Fi based apps like Facetime, or FB Messenger. Also, driving around 8 minutes into Logan will ensure you have consistent cell service for a regular call.



Driveway provides ample parking for at least 8 cars. Please note that the driveway is steep. There are 3 spots at the top of the driveway. It does require a little creativity and maneuvering after 7 cars.



The bunk beds have a weight limit of 250 lbs. for the bottom bunk and 200 lbs. for the top. Please limit each bed to one person and avoid climbing or horseplay on them to prevent accidents.



Golf simulator utilizes a Garmin R10. Please note that it works quite well for medium and longer shots, but you may need to re-do some short chip shots or the occasional longer shot.



Just a heads up for the long drivers, driver distances might not be super accurate on the golf sim. But it’s great for anything under 200 yards! Moving up a tee (no judgement) tends to make things a lot more fun and fair.



We provide clubs and balls for the simulator, but recommend bringing your own for the best experience.



The golf sim doesn’t include putting—so no stress about missing any gimmes! Just focus on getting it close and you’re good to go.
