Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
The cabin was clean enough and in a great location for exploring everything Hocking Hills has to offer. Since it was listed as a new property, there was a small discount, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that linens were provided, even though they weren’t pictured in the listing. However, finding the property was a challenge, and communication with the host could have been better. Responses to questions were often delayed or sometimes never came at all. Be aware that there are three houses on the same property, and the location is not clearly marked from the road, making it difficult to know which house you are supposed to stay in.One important tip: make sure to save the Wi-Fi password before arriving! Unfortunately, we had absolutely no cell service at the property, so I couldn’t access the app to retrieve it once we got there.Overall, we still had a great time exploring the area, and the location was a definite plus. Just keep your expectations realistic and remember that sometimes you get what you pay for.
